Publish an AI case — an evidence submission template

Use this format to make a case useful to another organisation. Unavailable information should be marked unavailable rather than estimated without a basis.

Context and baseline

Describe the organisation, task, users, period and starting process. Identify the problem and the reason the existing approach was insufficient. Include the baseline measure and how it was collected.

Implementation

Name the application, data categories, integration boundaries and the people who approve outputs. Distinguish the model or platform from the complete operating service. Identify suppliers where disclosure is authorised.

Evaluation and results

Provide the comparison method, sample, test period and measured outcomes. Include correction work, failure cases and cost. Explain whether a result comes from a pilot, a controlled comparison or ongoing production reporting.

Limitations

Identify changes in workload, staffing or external conditions that may affect the comparison. State what cannot be attributed to AI. Explain whether the result has been independently reviewed or is organisation-reported.
