Executive briefing / Founding edition
Five decisions before the next AI investment.
A practical agenda for a leadership team: the business problem, the operating foundations and the evidence needed to proceed.
The adoption gap / 2025 survey
The starting point is unequal.
Enterprises using AI, with 10+ people employed in the surveyed activities. Greece: 7.3% of small enterprises (10–49) versus 37.6% of large enterprises (250+). These figures do not cover microbusinesses. Eurostat · 2026 edition · Table 1 ↗

The perspective
Useful AI changes a process.
A convincing demonstration is the start of an investigation. The investment case becomes stronger when an organisation can explain who uses the system, what improves, what it costs and who remains accountable.
Choose the problem
Which process matters enough to improve, and what is its current performance?
Confirm the foundations
Can the team access suitable data and integrate a solution into everyday operations?
Give the change an owner
Who will operate, review and improve the service, and what training will they need?
Understand the economics
What are the full costs and the plausible benefits before any grant is assumed?
Set the decision threshold
Which observed results would justify expansion, revision or stopping?
Leave the meeting with a decision.
Record the chosen workflow, owner, budget, evidence gaps and review date. Use the project brief to turn the discussion into a testable plan.
