Train around real work
Use approved tools and representative tasks. Practise recognising unreliable outputs, protecting information and escalating exceptions before rollout.
Measure adoption and workload
Track actual use, review time, rework and staff feedback. A faster first draft is not a productivity gain if checking it takes longer.
