Score candidate tasks for measurable benefit, data access, integration effort and risk. Prefer a bounded workflow with an accountable owner.

Set the pilot gate

Record a baseline, target improvement and evaluation set. Specify human review and stop conditions before procurement.

Deliverable

A one-page pilot brief covering problem, owner, baseline, data, budget, risk and the decision date.
